Ingredients



  • 1 packet Maggi noodles

  • 1+1/2 cups water

  • 1 packet Maggi tastemaker (included in the noodle packet)

  • Optional add-ins:

    • 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (carrot, peas, bell pepper)

    • 1 tsp butter or oil

    • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (for a spicy kick)

    • 1/4 tsp black pepper

    • Chopped fresh coriander for garnish

Cooking Process



  1. Step 1: Prepare the Water:

    • In a saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

    • If adding vegetables, add them to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.



  2. Step 2: Add Maggi Noodles and Tastemaker:

    • Break the Maggi noodles into quarters (optional) and add them to the boiling water.

    • Add the tastemaker seasoning from the Maggi packet and stir well to blend.



  3. Step 3: Cook the Noodles:

    • Let the noodles cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    • Add optional seasonings like chili flakes, black pepper, or a teaspoon of butter for extra flavor.



  4. Step 4: Simmer:

    • Let the noodles simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until they reach your preferred consistency.



  5. Serve:

    • Turn off the heat and transfer the Maggi to a bowl.

    • Garnish with fresh coriander, if desired, and serve hot.







Optional Variation


For cheesy Maggi, stir in 1 tablespoon of grated cheese in the last minute of cooking for a creamy texture.
